Our Chefs

China Spice has a team of 9 highly qualified chefs from various provinces of China. Each chef takes us on a journey to their homeland, with specialities of Schezuan, Peking, Cantonese, Shanghan, Hunan and Beijing cuisine, introducing their own interpretations of traditional and innovative Chinese cuisine.

The fish and seafood dishes are Cantonese specialities from Southern China, whereas many of the meat and poultry dishes including Peking Duck, are northern specialities. The central Chinese provinces of Scheuzun and Hunan offer the spiciest food, where chilli and garlic are prominent flavours.
